Youth can better understand some of the Bible's most familiar stories and notable characters this Lenten season. Written by Sue Washburn, this six- session youth study pack helps students get to know various Bible stories and characters through weekly skits about Jesus' ministry. Each week features a new Bible story and skit based around six themes found in the Messiah's ministry. Featured themes include: being humble servants; overcoming fear; honoring others' gifts; understanding that all are worthy; including all; and the importance of showing mercy. Together youth will be challenged to make connections between the Bible stories and their daily lives through various activities including weekly collages and other Lenten practices.
All six studies come with a Participant Handout and a Leader's Guide, which features prayers, suggested Scripture, skits, discussion questions, and more.
