Ellie Roscher teaches theology and social justice at a Catholic high school in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she also coaches gymnastics and softball and leads justice education trips to El Salvador. She was a two- sport competitive college athlete who now enjoys noncompetitive play like yoga, skiing, and marathon running. She has published a book, How Coffee Saved My Life, about a year spent in rural Uruguay.
